   - 20% of your payments are paid to the State.

   - You avoid the feared customs fees in European Union.

 

And if you order several products, it is more interesting for us, then we share out.

We offer you the 5th item.

You have nothing to do. The amount of the less expensive product will be automatically deducted from the amount to pay !

Payment by credit card using PayPlug secure payment gateway

 

 

High secure payment :

- PayPlug transactions are conducted on an established between the client and the payment server through a HTTPS link.

For this payment option, the delivery will be longer as we need to receive the cheque before sending the order.

Our delivery fees are not only the postage costs, there are also the preparation, the equipment and the dispatch.

Delivery times are indicative because postal services are sometimes late.

Return policy

 

Products can be returned within 14 days.

 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Here are the conditions necessary to validate any return :

- the laces must be brand new, unused, unworn, without any mark nor fold, never put on the shoes ;
- especially for waxed cotton and leather laces, putting laces on sneakers marks them, we will not be able to take them back with marks ;
- waxed cotton laces must not be stretched in the width direction ;
- all the products must be returned in their original packaging, brand new, the packaging must be brand new too, without any mark and not ripped ;
- we do not pay custom fees for products returned, we kindly ask the customer to handle this point.

 

We kindly ask the customer to confirm by email that these conditions are gathered, then we send the return process.

 

As soon as we receive the package, we inspect the product and we immediately launch the process agreed with the customer by email (exchange or refund of the products).
